Im having problems with Photoshop 7, whenever i go to:
Filters -> Artistic -> Neon Glow
I cant make the text glow, it worked fine before but now i cant, if any of you know what the problem might be please tell me.

if you're working in layers make sure you've selected the text layer when applying the filter...

also make sure that you've set the right foreground/background colours.

I found out whats wrong:
When i try to use it it uses the foreground color and colors the text, dunno what the **** is wrong but now you have the fault.

as I said make sure you've set foreground/bacground colours correct...

if I remember correct it uses one of them for the text colour and the other for the surounding glow.
