I think Halo 2's broken street release ended up with 11 dead, 71 injured and over $2 billion dollars in damage.

I'd say HL2's. Just because of all the drama surrounding it. People saying they got it, managers asking for it back, people wondering if it'll be unlocked on steam. So far only 2 dead and 39 injured, and only $600,000 in damage, but it's gonna certainly rise come the release day.

Have we forgotten about GTA:San Andreas? 34 villages in remote locations of Mongoloia and Africa were burned and the women raped because of that game. Good going France..
