I got me an asus v9999 geforce 6800 gt yesterday, and I played some cs:s with it. My fps wasnt THAT nice, but it was ok. Today I tried installing the drives that came with it (instead of the nVidia ones), and after the install, cs:s started lagging badly every 0.5 seconds. It would go ok 0.5 seconds, the jump down to 20 fps for 0.5 seconds, and so on. I uninstalled the asus drivers and installed the nVidia drivers again, but the problem is still there. Anyone know what to do?

allways uninstall your old drivers before instaling new ones...also...If you want to use the ASUS drivers check their site for the newest (62.11 i think) and the newest Smartdoctor ( 4.54 i think ) litlle tip: use Rivatuner 15.2 to unlock those 16pipelines and 6 Vp's ;) Good luck!
