Yay for Arafat clinging on.
I heard Israel will announce he's legally dead, regardless of his existential status at the time of the announcement. How crazy is that?

Without Arafat, Hamas won't negotiate.

Oh boo-hoo. Who needs Hamas to negotiate?
People between the Gaza to Israel are all getting tired of the rockthrowing bomb-dropping violence thats rip-tiding the whole mediterreaneananananan.
This is actually really interesting. What I belive is that he is braindead, or something.

arafat is the only thing keeping the various factions at bay. His death will escalate the violence

Indeed, some crazy Hamas senior officer or something will most likely take arafat's place, and then he will start suicide bombing israel, and they will yet again invade with tanks :frown:

it's a perpetual cycle of violence. There needs to be a palestinian state.
Yeah, but I fear that that might not even stop the Violence, some Israelis will still think that the area the palestinians live in is theirs.
