Cut down on the contrast, it's very sharp in the eye..and cut doen on the level usage.

The other one:
the black edges are very choppy: solve this with the smoth thingie(cant rember name :) )
i like the logo besides "half life 2", but it is also a bit choppy .... no idea why.
