You yourself are at the beginning, I know because I used to be in the same place as you, except I did not have a crappy attitude. You say you want to encourage people? Then why did you insult briscks work? I have no problem with people who are starting out posting a lot of artwork. But when they act like they are the best and nobody can do what they can, and they start insulting other artists, it really starts to bug me.
