w00t! i just finished my building :D
the project was to research load os buildings (which i havent shown), design a building and make it using card. You can see the first sketch i did was a perspective drawing, looking up... then from that i drew some 1/2 scale blueprints. From these i made a quick test model using paper.
With the final product, i dint just glue 3 boxes together (well, technically i did, but i made the boxes from scratch :P ). all i had was some flat cardboard, and cut out 4 sodes of each box individually, cut tabs around them, and glued them together to make a box. this was the hardest bit :/
then came the easier, but more fiddly parts. i used cardboard tupes and regular card to make the pillars.. and all thats left to do is neaten up the edges with parcel tape and paint it :)
