rockstar has a habit of making their games look way more fun then they really are. watching the last trailer of vice city before its release pumped me up to the extremes, and all the new features sounded great. now dont get my wrong, vice city was awesome, but i never really noticed the new features (tire popping, new swat team, citizens talking and interacting), and it wasnt nearly as cool as the trailer. this game looks the same thing. really awesome sounding features, but when ur playing the game, are u honestly going to notice/care? ill wait for the pc version, however, i think its stupid theyre not releasing for another half a year.

Well i loved VC and if SA is just as good as VC was im happy!

That's because you overhyped the game for yourself. Rockstar did a very good job of delivering on the things that you mentioned. The tire popping was implemented well and changed car chases a lot. The SWAT team had much better AI, as well as more abilities like rapelling out of helicopters. And the citizens had conversations with each other, which are very funny if you stop and listen to them (especially in the mall). These all added things to the game, they were never supposed to revolutionize it. VC was not a sequel, the improvements it made were along the same lines of an expansion pack - but it was an entirely new game.

SA will certainly add more than VC did, but it won't revolutionize the way you play.

Contemplating buying a PSTwo just for SA... sounds a little excessive, though. You can easily tell that this is going to be one damn fine game, however.
