I made it in Paint and it is my desktop I took off all of my icons so if you want to make it your desktop you don't have icons.

lol, you could have used something other than the spray tool for the outline, but geeze, for paint this is good.

Didn't use the spray tool just used the smallest paint brush availalbe to get it almost perfect.

Photoshop is good when you are into art. and the ps7 brush features really make it compeditive with corel painter
