Should i get a prince albert piercing?

Ha ha only jokng :dork:

I made this wallpaper while messing around in max (its not HL2 related so it belongs here :))

1024x768 (http://homepage.ntlworld.com/john.phillipson1/murray/Wallpaper/metalrings1024x768.jpg) - 300-400KB

1600x1200 (http://homepage.ntlworld.com/john.phillipson1/murray/Wallpaper/metalrings1600x1200.jpg) 600-700KB

My goodness. You would have to be a big man indeed to get that many prince alberts with so many rings...or was i not supposed to make that connection?

Anyway. Its quite nice. To be honest though, I'm not really into those kinds of wallpaper. I like 3D stuff, but its a bit distracting having so much perspective on the desktop. Just my opinion.

(Don't ever even talk about getting a prince albert, my friend got one and he got an infection...it wasn't pretty. Anyway, why would anyone consider piercing the (in my opinion) un-pierce-ables?)


EDIT: Ive decided that evfne though this isnt Hl2 related, it deserves to go in the Media section anyway.

I was making a polo and got bored with trying to do the letters so i just did some random rendering and ended up with that

next time. try to render the 1600 x 1200 one @ that resolution and not just enlarge the 1024 x 768 one to 1600 x 1200. cuz now it looks less sharp

Cool pic, I don't think those reflections are working well though, howabout that HDRI sort of stuff? like just a light map or however it's done?

nice use of textures... but not a nice wallpaper to look at.. nothing spectacular is happening. Quality of render is bad :p

Not bad. I've made some, what do you call them, eh visualy distracting (cant think of a better word) wallpapers in paint. I don't know if I still have them on my comp or not.
