Thanks for the comments.

We're just first of all trying to get everything running smoothly. Once that has happened we'll probably recruit some admins from our IRC staff.

Then we'll possibly start recruiting experienced server admins from the community.

Bare with us while we iron everything out :)

Additionally, we have a forum for threads about our server along with a dedicated thread for any suggestions you might have :)

Yeah seems you need to have admins. I had a mooch @ hl2world and it seems they are making it their job to join HL2.net servers and screw up games by plastering them with animated porn sprays and TKing.
(saw a bunch of HL2.net'ers that hang out there too :/)

I think we're going to be banning them upon sight. We have no problem with HL2World and we'd have been happy to have them on the servers. But seeing as they can't abide by other people's rules and generally cause offense to those people that just want to play a game and don't want to be bombarded with porn - we're not having them on the servers.

Yeah, they can call us what they like, they can say we over censor things and some people will agree with them and that's their perogative. But when they offend and piss off the majority of our members we're not going to stand for it.

on a sunday..being told to go to school...makes as much sense as the way you blew up over the non-existant photoshop comment..

actually, I wasn't suggesting that he was hacking..I didn't realize I had hit "h" before the "m" until it was too late to edit...

but so damn defensive about the photoshopping that wasn't mentioned until he mentioned it..

thats what I don't understand..well, that and what that screenshot has to do with admins being needed on the servers to deal with cheaters...
