I hated Titanic. More because of how big it became when it was a very lame and typical romance movie with a paper thin plot and bad acting. It was special effects and little else.
Blair Witch Project. Once the hype died people saw just how boring and dumb the movie was.
And...I hate to say it because I was hoping it would be good, but Rob Zombie's House of a 1000 corpses...absolutely horrible and an out and out attempt to rip off the Texas Chainsaw Massacre.
----
Side note...Jason X was down right laughable in parts.

Frank Herbert curled up in his grave, burst into flames, and then screamed for 5 years. ;(
He was happy enough when he visited the set, wasn't he? I'm sure I read that somewhere. I haven't seen the movie, but I hate it when too many liberties are taken regarding the source text. Lord of the Rings, for example.
I can't think of a 'most hated' movie, but I'm particularly irritated by any film that only exists because it is a vehicle for someone or something.
Edit~ Haha! Thanks for reminding me, Warbie. In the absence of any other memorable garbage, I could pick Spawn as one of the worst movies I have ever seen.

anyway, the most dissapointing movie i ever saw was minority report, b/c it was so generic and mediocre, but it was hyped beyond belief. but the actual worst movie i've paid to see was probably that recent godzilla movie with matthew broderick. there is absolutely nothing about that movie that can redeem it in anyway. there are worse movies, but i haven't seen them.

Spawn was a horrible pile of ultra-crap. Not bad enough to be funny, but nowhere close to being even mediocre.
An average episode of "generic canadian sci-fi series" is better in every way. Acting, effects, plot, characters, and just overall right to exist.
Tod McFarlane deserves a bat upside the head for that travesty.

ya godzilla was pretty bad. but i highly disagree with your take on minority report, as i thought it was very well done. the graphics in that movie were flawless, and the plot was fairly thought-provoking. the dark-blue overlay throughout the entire movie was just very cool, imo... overall i thought it was a great flick, and ive seen it three times. sorry you didnt like it :|

omg qckbeam doesn't like eraserhead?!?! bah! dude, watch it again after you've spent some time in college. take some analysis classes and perhaps even a video art or art of films type of class. eraserhead is simply an amazing movie utilizing little more than opsigns and sonsigns to make the viewer react uncomfortably to the plot(movie is also inspired off of david lynch's life in ... pittsburg... or was it philly?)
anyways, i don't hate any movies, some movies are very laughably bad though. i think i had the most fun making fun of Jeepers Creepers...

Honestly, you haven't seen a bad movie until you've seen Baise Moi. It's the worst movie ever made, ever. Imagine the worst porno ever. Then add a really really crappy story. Now subtract ALL good acting and add a shaky camera. Then sprinkle some slow motion into it in random places. There, now you have am movie that's 100 times better than Baise Moi.
Bio Dome came close in suckyness, but it wasn't as long (34 hours vs. the 87 hours of Baise Moi). So Baise Moi wins.

The one movie that I hated was the Inspetor Gadget movie.
I had no choice really. I was babysitting these kids one night while their parents were out at a party. They had no computer, no TV, and nothing really of entertainment. The only thing they had was a DVD projector thing in their small basement. It was either Inspector Gadget, Rocketman, or to be bored out of my mind (since the kids went to bed at 9, and I was there until 2:30).
I had no choice. Terrible movie. I enjoyed the cartoons when I was younger, but this movie was nowhere near as interesting. After that 90 minute blunder, I forced myself to sleep off the last 4 1/2 hours on a hard floor. It's one of my bad babysitting memories, so that is why this film sprung up in my mind.
I'm sure I'll think of another one later.
