I have not been able to find any info on the question if Bloodlines will be moddable. Do any of you guys know?

Well, IMO it's very likely.
Games based on Source = good modding.

Well, we can hope so.
I would like to see Gordon Freeman in the singel player part, as a pissed off human who's tired of kicking ass. He's now a drunk meanie.
Im sure that would be a great mod

It will most likely have the same map editor as HL2 and the HL2 SDK should apply equally to it for the most part. There will be a couple differences though as they added an RPG system, a cloth physics system, and a new lighting system.

i cant really answer you but if they r going to do a similar thing like they did before, their objective will be to add more of the rpg rules from the actual pen and paper game. more stats, classes disciplines to make it feel more like the world of darkness :)
I saw the post of the wod team leader a while ago on the gamespy forums (http://www.forumplanet.com/planetvampire/forum.asp?fid=6568), tried searching for the thread again but couldnt find it. ill try again later maybe im more lucky

PB.de: How far will the game support the modding-scene? Will we be able to change bigger parts of the game and will you publish mod-tools (where players can change clothing, face textures e.g.)?
LB: We haven't had much time to discuss yet what the next step after finishing the game will be. So, I guess you'll have to stay tuned.
Hmm. Hmmm, I say. IMO that's more of a "yes" than a "no". Opinions?
It can go both ways, as far as I'm concerned. Could be that they're stalling the bad news.

I never expected Bloodlines to be moddable in the first place, I'm not sure where everyone got the idea from, except for the belief in "Source = Teh Modzors". I certainly have never heard anything from troika about moddability.
