If, you've never played a purely text adventure game.....well.....this one is for you. It was actually designed by Douglas Adams himself and this 20th anniversery edition even includes graphics!

Go play, but be warned; some of the puzzles are absolutely infuriating. Be especially wary of the dreaded "Babel Fish Puzzle," perhaps the most infamous puzzle in the history of adventure gaming.

Your home collapses in a cloud of dust, and a stray flying brick hits you squarely on the back of the head. You try to think of some suitable last words, but what with the confusion of the moment and the spinning of your head, you are unable to compose anything pithy and expire in silence.

Hm, I tried to follow Ford, but I couldn't get up in time, and my house collapsed and killed me.

When ford offers the Towel type "refuse towel" then wait while ford talks to the other man. Eventually you'll get up and the other man will take your place. Go south then enter the bar.

Turned on the light.

Got up.

Put on gown.

Took Analgesic.

Opened curtains.

Went outside.

Collected mail.

Were crushed by collapsing house.

Repeated process, skipped mail.

Yelled at Mr. Prosser, got a sore throat.

Went around back off the house.

Got hit by a brick.

Got bored.

You're supposed to stay in the mud until Mr. Prosser takes your place. Haven't gotten past the bar part yet.
