P4 2.4GHZ
256MB RAM
Radeon 9800PRO
Thats just about all the specs you need, i only get about 30 frames. :(

By exploiting the f*ck out of "shortcuts" perhaps. You can't play the game properly in under an hour.

HL isn't very demanding. On an average PC you can get well over 80.

(PS: I like how it says 0-20, like you could get 0 frames per second. :p)

I get around 50-70 fps constant with all open gl settings set as high as they can go.
