Seems as though a lot of your are still unable to download off the Valve Steam servers, so if you like I can set up a torrent.

Just answer in the poll, so I can get some guage as to whether this is worth the hassle or not.

As far as we know at this time, re-distributing the cache files from Steam breaks the Steam Licence Agreement and pretty much constitutes piracy.

We can't allow this, unless we hear otherwise from Valve that is.
