it was sat on 46/7% since i accepted the preload last week... just noticed the steam working icon and its at 50% and still going.
May be normal but I have dont have another machine to compare...

nope cs:s beta is updating for me. what u'r seeing is normal. will be "complete" at 100 percent

All of ours completed to 100%. Yours must have got stuck for some reason and will now continue to 100% like ours is
