Sven Coop question

I'd go to their website, but it seems to be down at the moment.

I just installed sven coop and would like to play through HL1 with a friend. However, it says that since I have steam I can't install HLSP support for it. But then it says that I can still play HLSP if the server has HLSP support. Except of course since both my friend and I have steam niether of us has HLSP support and thus cannot create such a server. :rolleyes:

There must be a way around this I would think. Is there?

they still have the download where you ahve the option to install to half life or steam
