I think everybody should be allowed to preload the game , this way when u buy it all u have to do is type in ur cd key and it will save u the time to install it

I think that has been the general consensus. (sp?) But you would think they would not give you the "whole" game. Probably just the "heavier" file types (graphics, sounds, maps).
