thats amazing for the portrait of the picture. I like its simplicity... but maybe to push your skills you should try adding some light and shade? MSpaint is easy to add light/shade to, just lighten the colour you are using slightly and apply it to a large area where the light would be shining, then make the colour slightly lighter and apply it to a smaller area of the one you just painted... then repeat untill you have a highlighted face.

It looks like a webcam shot. Did you just import it into paint and go over it with a brush? Or look off an original.

im sure her face isnt entirely white... so maybe if the face had a very light skin tone, then leading up to a white highlight it would look better. but it looks fine as it is, im just saying that you shoudl practice your skillz on something :)
