Hey guys, I actually bought that Masters of Doom book

and find it quite an interesting and fascinating read! Very worthwhile to check it out!!

I've read it, it was a helpful resource when I was writing that paper on game violence a while back. It's rather colloquially written, but interesting nonetheless. :)
great book. good read, very inspiring for budding game developers.

I might get it, @ 336 pages it doesn't look too heavy.

I read it a year or so ago and liked it quite a bit. Interesting to see just how those two came to prominence.

I read it. I loved it. Great book, I recommend it to anyone interested in reading about games.

wish someone would write one about valve, and about ion storm and warren spector and prince of persia and jordan mechner and sid meier and maxis and unreal and cliff bleszinski n tim sweeney. stories worth hearing really.
