How come when I play the old Half life on Steam, I get all the old HL graphics and not the Blue Shift ones? Thanks in advance.

Blueshift isn't supported by STEAM apparently..

If you download HL from STEAM , you get it in it's original form. It's free, so if you want Blueshift, install the retail version and update it with Blueshift.

you cant install the High Definition pack (that came with blueshift) to the steam version of HL :)
