I'm attending (for all my stuff and the stuff of my coworkers, be sure to tune in to www.halflifesource.com and www.halfliferadio.com, lots of good stuff going on with us, tune in to Half-Life Radio on Wednesday and Thursday starting at 7PM EST). And yes, E3 is expensive. I got in for like $180 or so at a student-price (I'm a student at a game programming school, so we're considered to have links to the industry, hence permission to attend). Regular price right now for the Full pass (all the conferences/workshops, all the floor show) is $550, for the conferences and the floor show it is $450, and for exhibits only it is $325. So yup, it is expensive :/

It doesn't matter how much money you are willing to pay to go to E3... If your NOT part of a company that has a booth at E3 or the media you are NOT going. HAHA. Besides why would you wanna stand in line for 5 hours to watch a 10-20 minute video when you can watch it on the internet without waiting in line..... except for fileplanet but that's besides the point! Also you can get a DVD from gamespot that will show you everything at E3 and give you all the videos in good quality. My point is, we don't need to be there, we can be at home and get just as good coverage thanks to IGN and Gamespot and Half life 2.net.

2 more days people. Isn't the hype skyrocketing now!!
