In any steam window, press ctrl-shift-alt-b all at the same time.

You get a weird debug window that allows you to set various properties in the window, some even allowing you to move buttons around in the GUI. Weird.

Warning may totally mess up your install of steam!!!

lol, i accidentally did that too... good thing i didnt move it around that much.
at first i clicked, and got the menu, cause ppl on irc were telling me to press those, then in main steam window i wanted to open "games" so i click on button... it doesnt click. click on Friends, doesnt click... so i thought steam was screwde then accidentally realized you can move the buttons :P im surprised they included this option though
