Pretty sweet looking. You make all those models yourself? Also, all that motion blur was rendered in blender? Looks awesome, good job.

Those models on that image are credited to other guys
Though I would swear Craig A. Clark did them. And I doubt he would appreciate people claiming his models are their own.

Ah, yeah I can't read that small. I need glasses/contacts but I just never got around to it. I see it now, thanks. hehe

nope. AFAIK, craig never did a Sharlin warship, only the nial and starfury. (Did he ever release the starfury anyway?)
Mark Kane still made the best one. It's a simpler model, but looks spot on, and MEAN. he also did the best texture job on a nial I've ever seen, so I use his.
as for the render...yes, PURE blender, meaning the motion blur (thats been in blender as far back as I can remember) the planet, the atmosphere, the weapons, the engions, the stars, everything.

I dunno exactly which models he made available, but I know he prided himself on the Minbari and Narn vessel's he did.
But I do remember he was majorly pissed off when some of them were passed off by others as their work a long while back. I've sent the link on anyway to see if he recognises them though just incase. Might not get along with the guy no more but I still wouldn't want to see his work stolen, he's one hell of a ship modeler, and somehow I doubt even FI's Minbari ships were as detailed as his :p Probably why he's working with Ron Thornton now :E
Though I was never much of a B5 fan and would have prefered him to do more Star Wars stuff, cliche but the few SW things he did looked great heh.
As for motion blur, its not exactly a big deal, its been available in pretty much most software for quite a while now I think :)

Yeah I know about motion blurs, I just am not familiar with blender so I wasn't sure if "pure blender" was terminology for a different release or something ,so I was just trying to clarify. I'm mostly a lightwave man myself ;).

Haha. Yeah, I got started out with Inspired 3D. I bought the student edition for $299 around my freshmen year in highschool, from a local media design firm, with money I had saved up from mowing lawns and various odd jobs. The owner was so impressed I had bought it rather than download it that he offered me an internship when I turned 16. ;).

haha, we should remember to direct warezkiddies to that post. Show them there are other benefits in paying for software beyond the more obvious reasons.

wow, way to make me feel special Fenric. ;)
I know people get mad when others steal their work, I've seen it done before, and it pisses me off as well.
I talk to CAClark alot, visit the same forums, he's a great guy. So are Mark Kane and Thomas banner. I wouldn't steal any of their works, or anyone elses. It's one of the first written rules for this stuff.
anyhoo, don't just take my word for it, here are the links:
