Well, I guess I might as well submit this. I am 15, and drew this in Flash. (Right now I am working on a HL2 animation.)

well since people have been posting "cel shaded" art that doesn't look very cel shaded, more like sketches, i'll post mine...which is more of what i think cel shaded should look like....the others were nice though

It would appear so. Vegeta's is more of just a vector drawing than a cell-shaded one, and sorry to say it torso boy, yours just looks like some photoshop filters, not a cell shaded drawing.

seeing as everyones posting their stuff, i might aswell show you guys my latest super hero, Captain England. he's here to kick captain americas arse! ( plus he doesnt wear the skintight suit either :p )
