I know what the combine is. The combine could be anything.

If you check all the pictures out there all combine have a white helmet. The regular soldiers are Combine Humans, if you check the prowler, he has a totally diffrent anathomy(spelling :P ? )

The combine uses these helmets to control their victims.
So... we have not seen a real Combine Ailien yet... (maby G-man lol)

The combine is a race that consumes minds, just like the headcrabs on xen, but combine uses tech instead of biology (or maby they combine these two :p )


Edit: oh shit... i remeber one thing now: think first then post :D

Check Barneys clothes! they are combine, maby he has been under combine influence,... :)

Combine is a force we are uncertain about yet, don't try and figure it out until we've played the game. :)

The combine although seems to be a very unacurrate squadron.

Was barney wearing combine clothes? I bet he was sent by the G-man to infiltrate the combine if that was the case, but if it was the helmet that controls them, then why is it a russian gas mask and why do they all wear the same clothes, carry the same weapons, etc...

a thing about the G-man.. maby he is a Man in black member.

and jhero.. you mean by unaccurate the aiming? this is because they disabled the Combines AI. you can see it very clearly when they attacked the combine troopers from behind.. they dident ran away but they just stood there like they are watching a football game in a bar

and figge.. not all the combines have wite helmets, only the ones that are seen outside it seems. the ones you see inside have black ones. and the human soldiers are freedom fighters who fight the combine. rebbles!!
