A: Suitable for all ages

B: Must be at least 12 years of age

C: Must be at least 15 years of age

D: Must be at least 17 years of age

Z: Must be at least 18 years of age

If I'm not wrong, amputated/cut fingers are also one of the stigmas of Japanese society due to the presence of the Yakuza (Japanese organized crime syndicates). It is a common form of punishment to take fingers, and if a member wishes to leave, I believe they take his pinky finger above the second joint. Therefore if a person has missing fingers in Japan, they tend to be ostracized.
