Colors are messed up

I am using a 9800GTX EVGA video card, and the colors of my hud, and any dark red colors are a bright turquoise when I play, for some reason. It's not really a huge effect on gameplay, but it is a bit annoying. Any ideas of what could fix it? I've already verified game cache, and updated my drivers.

Look at the hud, where it should be red, the colors are a bright blue/turquoise color. Even when players get pounced by hunters, the red outline of the hunter is blue for some reason.

This has just happened recently, as before this week the colors were fine. I'm not sure what happened, if I joined a server that changed the colors in the game for some reason, (Which would piss me off to great ends) or it's just another glitch with the game. What i do know is that it really isn't that big of a deal, it just throws me off at times.

Yes, I tried driver rollback, and it didn't fix squat. All my other games look at run perfectly anyway.

I thought it was an error... I spend so much time waiting for my drivers to update, rollback, restarting, rollback drivers again, restart... And that was all that was wrong... I FEEL SMRT! :D
