He didn't really even move either. I bet afterwards he was all like "Yeah, I almost got hit by a sports car going in excess of 70mph, so what? That aint notin!"

i'd suspect you don't have much time to react if you misjudge the angle where the car will impact

Yeah, but it was stupid of him to be standing that close to the street to begin with.
