I hope it's better than Prostreet, the only mode in that that I liked about that was the top speed races. The second video in the link has some gameplay.

I liked it better when I didn't know there was a new Need for Speed and I played a creative game instead.

They need to implement a better storyline, and way, way, way more realistic gameplay.

As realistic as Most Wanted was is about as much as I care about realism in racing games (physics wise).

Precisely.

Screw realism in racing games, give me the crazy arcade action of a Need for Speed 2 or a Mario Kart even.

Most Wanted was the only one that I really liked out of the newer part of the series.

Storyline in a racing game? Fascinating...

Need not be more complex than get money by winning, get to top of list. Then the twists come in like everyone hates you so they screw you over, etc.

they need to go back to be like the previous series that made the name famous
whit super sportcars and a arcade but no ridicusly irrealistic whit varied tracks and the police
screw storyline, and realism is for Gran turismo and forza
everyone like most wanted more because the police where back

This.
EA has completely lost track of what Need for Speed even is.
Things Need for Speed isn't supposed to be:
-ultra realistic
-story driven
-a game which focuses on ultra costumizable cars
-a game with gangsta/underground/mumbojumbo nonsense
What's my point?
Grand Turismo is more NFS than NFS.
The last NFS I liked was Hot Pursuit 2.

L3N!N' - NO.
Need for speed series is an arcade simulator. That means:
-No stupid stories like NFS Carbon
-No realistic gameplay like NFS Prostreet
-Gimme somewhat like Need for speed Hot Pursuit 2 + Need for speed Underground.
The result - we have Need for Speed Most Wanted.
If they want to make the fourth game on the same base gameplay...way to go!

All I really want is a MW 2, changes: graphics, locations, somewhat different story. If I want GT, I'll get GT. I'm willing to give Undercover a chance...

I hate Need For Speed right after Need For Speed 2 came out. The only racing games I play now are Burnout series, Flatout 2, and Gran Truismo*sp.

This. I found the old ones fun for nostalgia factor, but the new ones are very boring to me. I'll stick to Burnout and Flatout.
