Lil late for the matrix hype

Well due to my somewhat late matrix hype, I took it upon myself to draw neo. Free hand using source, scanned, then colored in Photoshop. Rather pleased with the likeness, but displeased with the shading. http://www.deviantart.com/view/3811602/

Much better. Nice work, by the way. I like the cel-shaded feeling of the piece, but the likeness doesn't seem very real to me.
