Not really a "mash up" but A Perfect Circle does a song that's a combination of The Cure's "Lovesong" and Ozzy's "Diary of a Madman" that's pretty fantastic.

There's some club called Bootie in NYC that puts out a cd of its DJs' best mashups every month. My friend sent me one from like November 2007, and it's freaking STELLAR. If you can figure out where to find any of those compilations, grab 'em fast... and tell me :P
