That's because Operation Flashpoint 2 isn't the true release that fans are waiting for. We're waiting for Arma 2 which is actually made by the original developers Bohemia Interactive.

I'm going to assume this is being published/developed by Codemasters based on the site. My point being, Codemasters + any project = pile of horse shit. Examples: See Turning Point, Legendary, Clive Barker's Jericho.

Armed Assault ran like ass even on my new PC, I never played past the first couple of missions. I've been waiting for OF2 instead >_< so this better not suck. As long as it's still semi realistic on a big ol' island full of Soviets with squad based combat and ability to drive tanks and helicopters and so on, I'll be happy :D

The trailer doesn't give much away about the gameplay so, I'm still hopeful for a good game ^_^

I just installed ArmA yesterday again. They've just release the 1.14 patch with more performance fixes. It runs well for me now.
