Hi friends, I am 21 years old, I live in South Alabama and I am a student. I am thinking to take a special study on magic trick. But I don?t have any idea about the institution or any college and also how to proceed. Is there so much theory on magic tricks or just practical in this course? Are there any job opportunities with magic trick degree? I am looking for some website that tells me the real route to go. Thanks a lot.

You need to find the Sorting Hat, put it on your head, and it will tell you where you need to go.

You'll need the hearts and hymens of seven virgins to begin your studies.
And I don't mean wooing them.

I am a Master Magician and can help you all you need.
I do run workshops and live courses as well as one2one coaching but I am nowhere near you.
I will soon be teaching via an online eCourse ... but it's not ready yet. There are some already but they teach rubbish and are a waste of time, energy and money.
The best way to learn is find a Magic Club near you and mix with other magicians. They meet often once a week or monthly (if small) and have discussions, lectures, demonstrations etc and you learn a lot a#of varied magic that way. Then when you want to specialise .. you maybe get someone to coach in that discipline.
You cannot get any degrees in it. Having said that, the 100+ year old organisation The Magic Circle in London does have degrees and you have to be excellent and take examinations and do performances in from of judges ..... then they have a ards at various levels.
I achieved Gold Star Member of The Inner Magic Circle ... which is the highest rank ... and have also been awarded their special Silver Wand for services to magic and to The Magic Circle.
There are some websites that give away tricks. Some are by magicians tempting you in so that you buy expensive tricks they sell ... and most (a lot) are byu kids and poor magicians who have posted something on You Tube ... usually badly performed, usually not the correct method or handling and often giving away secrets that they have no right to.
If you want to sign up fro my free Newsletter on learning magic (which will contain tips and tricks) and it will keep you in tpouch with any updates I make to my websites, Blogs and other stuff.
Let me know and ask me anything ...... <snip>
