Problem with Spore Creature Creator

So I finally got around to getting the full spore creature creator and it won't work. Whenever I start it up it just goes to the EA screen then the game exits. I tried deleting it and reinstalling it but that didn't work. And I know my graphics card is good enough to play it because I played the demo version. Any suggestions?

Why release software that wrecks the program it gets more patches and updates for?
