it has lots of weird shit going on.... a girl(the singer) is sitting on the roof top of building legs dangling over the side, crowd at the bottom y'know classic suicide scenario...except of course she's singing some happy tune and I believe the crowd is dancing.

uhm what else...yeah Ambulance/mental-hospital staff comes to take her away, wearing weird masks... with huge red cheeks(dancing of course) and there's also this little black kid with a huge hat, doing some breaking/robot thing.

some days ago they had a best the 80's on Vh1

and there was this song...can't remember artist, can't remember titel, can't remember lyrics but...

I think it might have been bonnie tyler, or atleast someone that looks and sound like her...the video had a bunch of people in masquarade(or really bad 80's outfits...something like that) slapping each other in rhythm with this very 80's sounding drum.
