We won't have any news for at least 1-2 months, that's been the trend with the other GTAs. Although quite a lot of online retailers are already pre-ordering for a October November release

I doubt they are going to make any announcement until after the release of the 360 DLC pack in case knowledge of it coming to PC dampens sales.

Yeah. And if recent console to PC releases are any indication, they'll be getting the DLC for free anyway. :P
