There is a couple of notable Chinese 'Elephant' men so to speak, there was a documentary on Huang Chuncai recently on Channel 4 as part of their BodyShock documentary season, was pretty sad, it ended after his first operation and didn't say anything else about his second upcoming(at the time of filming the doc) operation.
