I was between Algonquin and Broker, up near Bohan too I think in the waterway, and there must be some sort of place you're not supposed to be, because I was driving alongside some place and got 6 stars... Algonquin was completely open to me, so I didn't understand what was up.

I holed up in an alley near the Heli tours place and killed a LOT of cops and NOOSE guys.

Since then, I came across a guarded public building area. You get 5 stars for even venturing too far on to the property. I was there for a stunt jump on my NRG 900 and noticed it's not too far from the Heli tours place. So you gun it through that restricted area, stand and fight for a while to get that 6th star and go steal a heli from Heli tours.

That, or just start a new game and abandon it once you have the achievement.

i just went to the heli tours, jacked a heli and flew over an island i didnt have unlocked yet. instant 6 stars. then i continued to fly around for 5 mins. easy peezy lemon squeezy.

Yeah, since there are no fighter jets with rockets like in SA, I'd say Daggetts method is probably the easiest if you have second island unlocked.

I just sat in a subway and gunned down all the cops that came in. If too many got through, a 'nade puts them in their place. I just made a save game and reloaded after I was done. Make sure you have the carbine for that, though.

I stole a helicopter, flew over a locked island then just waited. The cop helicopter AI was too stupid to fly higher than 50 feet above the ground. D:
