Yep, did it last night and was considering making a thread for it. Such a ****ing cool mission. I think Amishslayer said it reminded him of the movie Heat - or someone did - and he/they were bang on. Action, chase sequences, style... it's awesome.

So glad I did it the first time. I think the atmosphere of not pulling it off perfectly would of ruined it a bit for me, but it's still great fun.

For those of you who haven't done it yet, I recommend making a save point before completing it so that you can play it whenever you like.

Yeah - a truly epic mission, I had a smile on my face the whole way through. It's probably the obvious similarity to Heat, but there was something so awesome about running through the city streets guns blazing with the other two guys, suit/ski-masks and all. It took me two tries to complete it, after I managed to shoot Derrick in the back of the head first time around. :p


Glad I made a seperate save for it too, I'll definitely go back and play it again once I finish the game.

It's around 40% and you do it for Packie. He tells you to wear a suit.

Yeah it was pretty funn when you got into the subway and were backing up and shooting at the cops. It seemed like I was extra strong that mission I felt like I took thousands and thousands of bullets but I was only missing like half my health.

Yeah it was pretty funn when you got into the subway and were backing up and shooting at the cops. It seemed like I was extra strong that mission I felt like I took thousands and thousands of bullets but I was only missing like half my health.

The cops are weaker, me thinks, because there is no way in hell you can recrate the same situation with NOOSE cops in a regular non-mission environment. Or at least I can't anyway.

Great mission, took me 3 attempts although the 2nd time it bugged out and Packie wouldn't move from some spot. It could of been better though, if they built on the brothers character so you could feel more attached to him when he got killed, would of been very moving! It felt very placed, no build up or anything to the mission

Must of spent $15k+ on guns and grenades lol.

It was pretty cool. The first two times I tried it Niko was a ****ing noob and fumbled grenades onto his own cover, killing Packie and then me. After driving back over and skipping through all the intro stuff three times, I think it lost it's effect on me. Still enjoyed it though... just not as much as the $250,000 reward. :D:D

Eh, great mission so far.

Soon as I get out of the subway I get completely surrounded by cops. Can't make a move without being shot to bits.

A lone cop car should pull up on the scene who can easily be taken down, then after that it's all about avoiding the road blocks on your map and just outrunning the cars. The actual driving part of the mission wasn't much of a fight for me - I lost them before I even got across the bridge to the home island. Little annoyed actually as I wanted a cool chase.

Ah. I kept bursting out and getting gunned down. I'll look out for the car. I notice you reduce to 3 stars, so the evasion should be a piece of piss.

Cool mission, did it today on 2nd attempt (1st time through, I didn't have a vest). I escaped the cops with a tiny bit of health left (one hit would kill me) hoping that I don't stupidly crash into something and die flying out the windshield.

A bit of a shame that you can't really recreate that in sandbox conditions as the cops seemed easier and positioned in certain points in the map, while during sandbox play I often get shot from all directions at once :>

Yeah, I must agree it was an amazing mission although you can't beat the bank mission in Kane and Lynch. That mission was intense.
