What do you mean? Like, the .dem files if you record gameplay? steam\steamapps\email\half-life\valve folder

Either he is asking where he can find them on his PC, which Shippi answered, or a web site where demos are posted. With the last point, I have no clue.

yeah i mean a site with them, like of decent people preferably. Can't find ANY at all for hl1 which is surprising..

Any of the good ones that were made are probably useless now, there has been a few updates to the goldsrc engine in the past few months.

goldsrc isnt a horrible engine like the source one, updates dont break demos :{
