Problem Registering with Social Club

No matter what, I always get a message saying that there was a problem creating my account and that either I didn't fill out the forum completely or an account with my email address already exists.

Has anyone else had this problem?

Also, now it's saying that I can't register and it says that I should look at the privacy policy.

Tried on a different browser? I struggled with Firefox but it worked on IE.

Here I am pretending I know how to fix your problem when I really don't. I only suggest. :E

I've tried Safari, IE 7 and FF 2. :/ However, it only tells me that I can't register on this computer. It will allow me to enter my information on my laptop. I think that's because I accidentally hit the age wrong though.

But, not even clearing my cookies allows me to try again. :(
What will happen to someone that incorrectly enters their information but does not have another computer? D:
