Condemned 2 or SSB?

Right now I've got SSB pre-ordered, but I just learned Condemned 2 is coming out on the 13th (4 days after SSB release).

I really liked the first Condemned, and I haven't played SSB since it's release on the N64. I should also mention that SSB is a party game of sorts, and people don't come over very often (let alone to play video games), so I'd be mostly playing by myself or with one other person..

Should I just get SSB on Sunday, or change the pre-order for Condemned 2 and wait until Thursday?

I wouldn't recommend Brawl unless you have at least one person willing to play it with you on a regular basis. SSB is always hugely fun with a group of people, but not so much by yourself. Condemned will most likely be a much better single player game.

I don't know how many times I've explained on this forum (I should put this in my sig..), but here it goes... AGAIN.
