Has anyone played the full version on PC yet? I saw it in the shops when I was in town this afternoon. I've read some lukewarm responses to it, and the reviews are positive, yet not super-enthusiastic. It's another 'Battlefield-killer', but I am kinda sceptic about assumptions like that.

If it plays even better than the MP beta did, I'd say it's a definite purchase.
But I'm waiting on the official demo that's due out in a couple of weeks.

Good idea. I might too if I can control my curioisity.

It's like battlefield 2 on crack.

Just watched the video on Steam and that looks OK. Vehicle movement seems a bit odd though.

Vehicle movement's fine really.
Everything feels nice and weighted and nothing acts unrealistically.(no insta-turning on tank turrets)

Helicopters fly like a helicopter would, but I can't really judge that aspect as I never really got a huge chance to play with them.

Explosions and just the effects all around are ****ing awesome.

And the game is just seriously fun as hell to play... even though it feels a bit like a console port in the way that CoD4 feels like one but that doesn't detract from the fun factor in the least.

The graphics are good, but gameplay is nothing special...its pretty similar to Battlefield 1942, BF2 (the devs of Frontlines first got started doing mods for the BF series).

I was part of the MP beta, and it was nothing special...the only things I liked were graphics and the RC vehicles...

Singleplayer is pretty short, and lacks a bit. It's got it's moments though. I'm unable to judge the mp because **** YOU XBOX LIVE ****ING UP MY COMPUTER GOD DAMN GAY WHORE.

Why would you have XBox Live on your computer anyway?

The only way I'm able to connect is if I connect my cable directly to my laptop as I don't have a router. It always ****s up the internet in the process.

I got it on 360, but haven't tried the MP, I got hooked on the SP, the only thing I can say against buying the game is driving the trucks, the way you drive and shoot, I wasn't too coordinated at first, but after a few times you get used to it.

I really like using the Spec. Ops. loadout and sniping is really fun.
The pistol is beastly.

Great game, if you like Intense fire fights followed by less intense running. (You still here gunshots and explosions as background noise, which makes running intense)

Yeah, the pistol is awesome, what held me back from using it was no zoom, but it IS a close quarters weapon. Also, the shotgun is a ****ing mancannon. I swear you can blast someone and kill them while they are on the other side of the map with one shot from that thing.

That thing is f*cking crazy, but I don't like it as much as some of the other weapons, possible since it doesn't feel like a shotgun, I don't like the assault rifle much either, but the rocket launchers are IN-F*CKING-CREDIBLE!!
