My steam owned me. Yes, that's right.

I woke up, turned on my pc, logged in steam, tried to open a game.
BAM. All games now give this error, and not open.
"This game is currently unavailable. Please try again at another time."
How? They are all patched, all in my hard drive, I was playing them a few hours ago!
I tried to restart steam, once it said Steam Is Updating, but did nothing, and opened as normal. The problem goes on.

Try deleting your ClientRegistry.blob file in your Steam folder and restarting Steam.

It didn't work, but the third option here http://support.steampowered.com/kb_article.php?ref=4595-WEXN-6831 did.
