Cant access my steam games

I cant get onto any of my games onto steam. everytime i click on a game (Garry's mod as an example) it comes up the thing which says preparing to launch Garry's mod. But then it comes of and nothing happens. It doesnt bring me onto the game at all. Can somebody please tell me what the problem might be?

How do restart steam? Can somebody please reply to me, I am desprete to play Gmod again.

right click the steam icon in your icon bar. Click 'exit'. Start up Steam.

Try restarting your computer. If that doesn't work, reinstall it

Close Steam. Delete clientregistry.blob from C:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps. If that won't work delete everything from C:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps except Steam.exe and steamapps folder.

But if I deleted everything, wont that just make it unworkable? I mean, would most of the stuff be gone?

Steam will automatically redownload and install everything ;)

Try not to delete your Save files... or at least back them up.

Alight, I am getting confused. So I have decided to show you a picture of inside my steam folder. So can somebody please tell me what to not delete and I will delete everything else.

your telling him to delete the steam executable and all of his games???? how would that help.

Nope, still wont let me on. This is really annoying me. It just refuses to work for me. :angry:

Anyway, am happy everyone is helping me and giving me advice. ;)
