Well, I don't hate you, but the fact that you're a shambling, unnatural abomination with a taste for flesh keeps us from ever having a truly cemented friendship.

Also, $25's not bad, especially if you're counting shipping. If you're not then...eh, depends on the shipping but it's still not bad. At least it isn't the STATUE with Mary Jane that Stern posted, that's $150.

No, I am talking about right up at my local mall, 25$ per figure. I'd say 12 bucks is the max one should pay for a 8inch figure, unless it is really, really awesome.

Prices go up. Nothing you can do about that, unfortunately. Lot of figures I buy are in the $20 range and they're not even 8". Most of them are 5".

Comic books always contain multiple universes; a Sentry from another universe infected the Marvel Zombie-verse with a virus, and they all became flesh-eating zombies. They're trying to seek a cure, but they still have to consume flesh along the way.
