My Steam Is Hijacked!!!

I cant log in to steam. I know my password and account name but cant log in. It says that its a wrong password. Ive tried to get my password to my e-mail but it didnt come at all. I think its hijacked :frown:. I sended a e-mail to steam yesterday but i dont think that they can help me. Can i do something else to get my account back? Ive got many games on steam.

Yikes. Has anyone else here gone through this process successfully with Valve? That sounds harrowing.

Yes i did that. my account my e-mail my creditcard number etc

Be patient.They should keep records of the original emails addresses etc, so they just trace back through.

My friend had this the other week, simply get any CDs from Valve you have, and type the code onto an email to valve, this acts as proof that it is your account. Then they will change your password and send you it, then you can log on and change it to your liking

I hope for your sake that you only gave the last for digits of your credit card number, that all they need.
You will probably have to wait around a week, Valve support are quite slow just like Valve really.
I just hope someone hasn't gotten you VAC banned

For the love of God, if you have any suspicion of keylogging on your system I recommend undergoing a reformat.

the problem is fixed. it was leak in some swedish web sites that leaked all the passwords. and many peaple ?have the same password on steam and other sites. so some one got my password but the guy who did it added me on msn and told that it was he who did it haha :P. he gave me back the password and was sorry about it. realy strange person haha :P can you believe it hahaha.
