There should be a little icon by your name when you personally aren't playing on your computer and someone else is. This would be so friends of yours would know that the person they are talking to is their friend's brother or something.

Also, I dont like it when someone plays on my account and sucks and ruins my name. It is frustrating when people call "me" a noob when I am not actually playing.

This feature could be in the steam community and on servers as well.

Have the person who's playing your account change the nickname. It's no longer you!

But... how would the computer know it's not you?

Grow up, buy your own computer.

Solved.

Im talking about ME suffering here!

My idea is that when you go afk, you can press a little button that says so.

There could be an afk button (so no one ubers you)and a friend button (so people know its not you playing)

Why make things so god damn difficult for yourself? If you're AFK, just sign out!

Your suggestion is crap, go away. :flame:

why would some one uber you in spawn? that makes less sence then your suggestion in the first place. Who goes AFK in the middle of a rush? so by that matter you'd be a sitting duck some place not important at all, you'd either be killed and end up in spawn, or just sitting around some place where a medic wont be.

there should be an option to say that a guest is using your account. Me and my friends used to go to a gaming cafe and some people didn't have CS:S and TF2 so we would share our steam accounts. This would have been quite useful then but now the gaming cafe has closed down (LITE gaming,Macclesfield). :(

Steam isn't designed for account sharing.

Yes, you can occasionally give your account to friend but all time sharing isn't good.

Did anyone borrowed your account and post this stupid thread?

No account sharing is a nice one way trip to it being disabled, read the SSA.

What Seriously , i didn't know that, I've been sharing my account with my friend for ages never thought it mattered. Do Valve check if your sharing your account cause i don't want to get banned? I know that 2 people can't use the same account at the same time that's it.

In fact, no one knows who is using your account. So don't worry.
